Redmi K20 launching on 28 May with these Specification

The Chinese smartphone company Xiaomi has all set to launch its new smartphone in China, Redmi K20, on 28 May. The company has released an official teaser on Monday that confirm the launch date of the upcoming Redmi K20. This device is expected to come in India after its launch in China.

According to the teaser posted on Weibo, Redmi K20 will be going to launch in Beijing in 28 May at 11.30 AM (Indian timing). Before the launch, a lot has been already revealed about the Redmi K20 by the company. Lu Weibing, Redmi General Manager, confirmed that Redmi K20 will going to the cheapest smartphone with Snapdragon 855 SoC.

Meanwhile, there are a lot of rumors has been built up including two variants of Redmi K20 - Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. A report also claimed that Redmi K20 Pro will going to launched in India as Poco F2.

We are just few hours away from the launch and a lot of details and leaks has steadily increased in number (and in the right manner). So, here's everything that we know about the upcoming device.

The Redmi K20 will come with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display, notch-less and with the pop-up selfie camera module. The phone will launch with Snapdragon 855 SoC while the other leaks also suggest that the 855 SoC will launch with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB Storage.

In terms of optics, Redmi K20 will come with triple camera setup which include 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 16MP telephoto camera. While there is a 32MP selfie camera with the pop-up setup. This device will going to have a 4,000 mAh battery which easily manage one day usage. The company has also shared a screenshot in which the upcoming Redmi flagship scored 458,754 point on the benchmark, which is highest among all phones in current market including iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. Only iPad Pros have higher score than the Redmi K20's Antutu score.
