OnePlus 9 Pro Renders Leaked; Features 6.7-inch Curved Display, Quad-Camera

OnePlus 9 Pro Render Leak

Just a day after the OnePlus 9 renders surfaced online, the Pro variant has now surfaced with a similar design. A reputable tipster OnLeaks has shared the CAD renders for the OnePlus 9 Pro and it appears as a hybrid of its predecessor OnePlus 8Pro and 8T flagship smartphones.

As per the leaked render, OnePlus 9 Pro will feature a curved display with a punch-hole in the top left. This would be a 6.7-inch panel as per the leak similar to the OnePlus 8 Pro. The Power and alert slider on the right and the volume rocker on the left as it has been.

The previous OnePlus 8 Pro and the upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro can easily be differentiated on basis of the rear camera setup. The former features a vertical camera array running down the center while the latter to adopt a rectangular quad-camera setupsimilar to the recently OnePlus 8T.

As of now, there is no speculation about the camera specs to be feature but we can expect OnePlus to finally adopt a 64MP or 108MP sensor. This device is most likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 875, offering 65W Warp Charge along with USB Type C port and speaker at the bottom.

At first look, the rear panel and camera setup in the CAD render of OnePlus 9 Pro sets Galaxy S20 FE vibes. OnLeaks further mention that most of the design is finalized but we can expect some small details, especially regarding the rear camera layout” to change prior to the official launch.

Here's have a look at the previously leaked CAD render of OnePlus 9 by 91Mobiles. According to these folks, the upcoming OnePlus 9 would feature a display larger than 6.55-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED of OnePlus 8T which is most likely to be a 120Hz flat panel along with a hole-punch display in the top left corner. While the rear of the device features a triple camera setup which seems as a hybrid of Galaxy Note 20 and LG Velvet. As the annual upgrade, this would mostly to come with the Snapdragon 875 along with 65W Warp Charge and OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11. While this render has been called ‘inaccurate’ by Max Jambor in a tweet.

The rumors suggest that the OnePlus 9 series will make its official debut in March next year.
