Realme 7 5G With MediaTek Dimensity 800U, 120Hz Display, 5000mAh Battery & 48MP Quad-Cameras Launched: Specification, Price
Realme has not over with its budget-centric Realme 7 series and unveiled the latest Realme 7 5G, its newest addition to the lineup in Europe today. The company advertised its Realme 7 5G as the ‘most affordable 5G smartphone’ in Europe. Don’t over-process this thing only with 5G and standard Realme 7 as it also included a different MediaTek chipset.
Realme 7 5G Specification
The company has continued the AG Split design aesthetics and matte finish of the Realme 7 to its 5G counterpart. Realme 7 5G features a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ LCD panel with a higher 120Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch response rate. This 6.5-inch display has a 2400 x 1080-pixel resolution with a punch-hole cutout containing a 16MP selfie sensor in the top left.
The design and display is quite similar to the vanilla Realme 7 but the company has certainly upgraded the chipset to bring the 5G connectivity support. And it seems like Realme has heard the consumers as this is the first MediaTek Dimensity chipset powered 5G smartphone to come out of China.
The Realme 7 5G is powered with the MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G chipset. This will be available in one RAM and storage configuration, i.e. 6GB+128GB. The storage can further be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. This smartphone runs Realme UI out-of-the-box.
The Dimensity 800 chipset enables dual-mode 5G connectivity and supports all major EU bands. The company has already shared the Dimensity 880U AnTuTu benchmark score as it is close to 350,000. Realme 7 5G equipped with a massive 5,000mAh battery with 30W Dart Charge support. This will allow users to juice up their devices from 0% to 100% in 65 minutes. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which doubles as the power button and authenticating the user, and a 48MP quad-camera setup on the rear along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP mono, and 2MP macro camera.
Price and Availability
Realme 7 5G is launched with a price tag of 279 euros (~Rs. 24,500) for the single 6GB+128GB variant. But, you will able to grab the smartphone for only 229 euro (~Rs. 20,100) during the Amazon Black Friday sale which remains until November 27th. It comes in only Baltic Blue colour variant.
