Samsung Galaxy A90 Listed on Geekbench with 5G variant and 6GB RAM


Samsung's new A series smartphone - Galaxy A90 - has reported late last month. This smartphone is supposed to come in two variant of non-5G and 5G while the 5G variant will the affordable 5G variant upfront to the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G variant. It is supposed to come with the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 SoC and 48MP equipped triple rear camera.

The Galaxy A90 has recently spotted on the Geekbench test which reveals some other information regarding the device. The Geekbench report suggests that the Galaxy A90 5G variant have model number SM-A908N. This also suggests the device spotted on the Geekbench running 6GB RAM and latest Android 9 Pie. The 5G variant of this smartphone has scored 3458 in single core test while 10852 in multi-core test on the Geekbench. This also suggest that it match the scores of Galaxy S10 launched late last year.


The report further states that 5G variant of Galaxy A90 will come with a 45W fast charger in the box. The battery model code EB-BA908AB has also confirmed by South Korean Certification Authority. It is rumored that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A90 will feature a 4400mAh battery. By the Geekbench listing, we speculate that the next 'A' series will launch in the coming months, probably in the next two months.
