Mi Band 5 Certified in Taiwan Ahead of its Launch

An unannounced Xiaomi smart band has recently got certified by National Communications Commission (NCC) in Taiwan. The device carries a model number XMSH10HM which signifies that could the Mi Band 5 as similar model number XMSH07HM and XMSH05HM has previously passed the NCC as Mi Band 4 and Mi Band 3 respectively.

According to IndiaShopps, the Mi Band 5 will be featuring a 1.2-inch display instead of 0.95-inch display in the Mi Band 4, launched in India last year for Rs. 2,299. While there's no major update about the upcoming Mi Band 5 just yet while we can hope for that in near future. It could bring a significant improvement over its predecessor which bring colored AMOLED display, improved activity tracking, and music controls for the first time.
While the Chinese giant Xiaomi is also looking to rebrand the first-generation Redmi Brand as the Mi Band 4C for the global markets. Recently, an unannounced device named the Mi Band 4C has been spotted on the Indonesian Telecom website with the model number HMSH01GE which is same model number of the Redmi Brand.
The Redmi Brand has also received the BIS certification in the last month in India which suggest that this might launch in country soon. While we are don't know about its pricing but it was launched with 100 yuan (around Rs. 1,070) in China. It seems to fall in the price tag as the Realme Band launched earlier this year in India at Rs. 1,499.
