Company Confirmed Xiaomi Mi A3 Android 10 Update Roll Out Mid-February

The Chinese smartphone giant- Xiaomi has introduced the Android One based smartphone in collaboration with Google in September 2017.The Android One program guarantees a couple of Android version updates with regular security patch updates from Google. Since 2017, Xiaomi has been releasing a new Android One smartphone based on photography every year and thereafter we have Mi A1, Mi A2, and Mi A3 under the Android One program from the company.

Xiaomi has released the Mi A3 in India in August 2019 and confirmed that this device will be amongst the first devices to receive Android 10 update. But it has been more than 4 months since Android 10 was released but Xiaomi’s Mi A3 has not get Android 10 update after being the part of Android One program. But the company has already rolled out Android 10 based MIUI update to its Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi K20, Mi 9 and Mi 8 and some other smartphones such as Redmi Note 8 Pro, Mi MIX 3, Mi 9 SE, Mi 8 SE and Redmi Note 7 have also started receiving Android 10 based MIUI update in China.

Company has released Android 10 based Kernel Sources for Mi A3 last week and has also started Android 10 rollout for the Mi A2. Users were expecting Mi A3 to receive Android 10 update soon but in the meanwhile a new tweet from Xiaomi confirms that Android 10 update for Mi A3 will be released in mid-February.

While some of Android One devices from other brands such as Moto One Power, Nokia 6.1 Plus, Nokia 6.1, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 8.1 and others, which are launched last year, has already received Android 10 update.
