Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Featuring 100X 'Space Zoom' with 108MP camera
It seems like Samsung has come with a lot of electronic goodies as we have witnessed at a lot about the upcoming Samsung Flagship S20 lineup that has been set to announced during the upcoming Samsung Unpack Event in the first week of February. Moreover, these smartphones are set to be launched with high-end specifications, versatile camera, and more. It has also rumored that these smartphones will be packing amazing cameras, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, highest-end model of the upcoming Samsung lineup and this is carrying a 108MP rear camera sensor.
It has been rumored that this device is coming with Samsung's own 108MP ISOCELL Bright HMX which is a complete beast of the camera sensor. We have seen this sensor in the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 which clearly shows the great smartphone photography. But we don't know that Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will sport the exact camera sensor, but both the device and sensor are itself created by the company so it’s more likely. This information has been given by renowned tipster, Ishan Agrawal.
This smartphone will come with a quad-rear camera set-up with a 108MP primary sensor which will deliver 12MP shots with 9:1 pixel binning for great low light performance, according to Max Winebach. He also said the smartphone will have a 48MP periscope lens with 10X optical zoom, a 12MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 3D ToF sensor for improved AR performance, and better portrait mode shots. He has also mentioned that this smartphone will be available in 128GB / 256GB / 512GB along with a 12GB and 16GB RAM option.

According to Another tipster, IceUniverse has reported that the camera specs on the other S20 line-up (S20 and S20+) will not differ much while comparing it with the S20 Ultra 5G except some difference including the primary camera that will be 12MP in the rest line-up in the series. Along with that, the smartphone will come with a 64MP telephoto sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide angle sensor. Samsung S20+ will be equipped with 3D ToF sensor butt Galaxy S20 will not come with that one.

According to leak, Samsung will opt for a 12MP primary and use a 64MP sensor for the telephoto lens which is a bit weird seems but it’s definitely not a typing error by IceUniverse, tweeted that “Using a high-pixel sensor for telephoto is the most unique aspect of Samsung.”
It is also been rumored that Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra camera will carry a 100X skeptical "Space Zoom" feature which allows gathering amazing, unreal close-ups, partly aided by the high pixel count of the camera. But we are not officially confirmed about this information and as the device itself will launch soon so we should take this information as a pinch of salt. We are not been very far from the announcement day so we should wait a little bit until we get confirmation.
