Realme Launched Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A for Millennials With New MediaTek SoC from Rs. 8,499
Realme has recently launched its new Realme Narzo series smartphones in India. Initially, Realme had announced its new youth-centric series in the country last month. After several delays due to the COVID-19 lockdown in India, Realme has now launched Narzo 10 and the Narzo 10A smartphones. Company has also been planning to launch multiple Narzo series this year. Realme Narzo 10 and 10A smartphones has launched via an online-only streaming event in India. Both of the handset is the rebranded variety of the previously launched Realme devices with certain changes in their aesthetics.
Realme Narzo 10
The Realme Narzo 10 is the superior variety of the two models that launched today. In fact, it is the rebranded version of the Realme 6i which has earlier launched in Europe. This smartphone is powered by the an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM. This also comes with a 128GB eMMC storage that can further be extended with a microSD card as it comes a dedicated slot.
The Realme Narzo 10 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with mini drop notch and an 89.9% screen to body ratio and Gorilla Glass on top. The company has not specified the version of the Gorilla Glass protection. The back of the Realme Narzo 10 is made of polycarbonate with a satiny finish identical to the Realme X Master Edition. This smartphone comes in two colors- That White and That Green. (The design was first created by designer Naoto Fukasawa for the Realme X series, which is now made available for the new Realme Narzo 10 as well.) This also brings a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
For gaming, this device carries Mali G52 GPU and the company has also disclosed that this device can achieves more than 200k scores on the Antutu rating. This device comes with a single variant as 4GB RAM+128GB internal storage.
For the photography, the Realme Narzo 10 features an AI quad camera setup on the back comprising a 48MP primary sensor along with 119-degree ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera. These cameras are featured with Super NightScape Mode to achieve better low light photography. On the front, there's a f/2.0 16MP selfie camera along a variety of modes including AI Beautification mode.
The Narzo 10 comes with a massive 5000mAh battery along with support for 18W fast charging via USB-C port. The Realme Narzo 10 will ship will ship with company's custom skin Realme UI which is based on Android 10.
Realme Narzo 10A
The Realme Narzo 10A, the younger sibling, has launched today which features a 6.5-inch HD+ display along with Gorilla Glass 3 on top. It had an aspect ratio of 20:9 and an 89.8% screen to body ratio. This is one the rebranded version of the global version of the Realme C3 which differs from the Indian variant and was launched in Thailand back in February and globally in March. Company has mode changes to the back design of the SKU and the Realme Narzo 10 A comes with a scratch-resistant polycarbonate body with a large Realme logo. This smartphone comes in two colors- So White and So Blue.
The Realme Narzo 10A is powered with 12nm octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 SoC clocked at 2 Ghz. It is equipped with Mali G52 GPU for gaming. This device also comes in variant as 3GB RAM and 32GB storage which can further be extended up to 256GB via microSD card.
It also comes with a massive 5000mAh battery but can only juiced up with 10W charger. The Realme Narzo 10A will also be running on Realme UI based on Android 10.
The Narzo 10A features triple cameras including a 12MP primary camera, 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there’s a 5MP selfie camera.
The Realme Narzo 10 will be sold for Rs 11,999 (4GB+128GB) and the Realme Narzo 10A (3GB+32GB) for Rs 8,499. The first sale of Narzo 10 starts on 18th May and of Narzo 10A starts on 22nd May, both at noon. Both the devices will be made available on Flipkart and the Realme website.
