Facebook Now Allows Users To Archive & Delete Old Posts in Bulk
Facebook is going to bring a new feature which let easier to delete old posts for users. The new ‘Manage Activity’ feature will let users to delete their posts in bulk or one-by-one.
The company has stated that this feature will help users to filter their posts too which can quickly find posts you want to delete by using filter options like range of time or specific people. While it seems, the company is going to help you overcome your past memories to reduce the hang over at least from its social platform.
Facebook has mentioned that this feature is meant “to make it easy for you to curate your presence on Facebook to more accurately reflect who you are today”. With the help of this feature, users can move their unwanted posts of your profile you the trash. While this will not permanently delete but you can manually do so but in case you don't, then the posts in the trash will automatically delete after 30 days.
This feature is currently available on Facebook Lite, and is also rolling out on Facebook’s mobile apps right now. While I have it on the Facebook app on my iPhone, it’s possible that you may have to wait for a bit before it becomes available to you.
