Redmi 9 Latest Render Teased in Live Image With Quad Cameras revealed, Full Specifications and Price Revealed

Xiaomi is expecting to soon launch its next budget friendly smartphone Redmi 9 which will also accompanied by the Redmi 9A and Redmi 9C. Large number of leaks and rumors has already surfaced revealing its specifications and pricing. In the meanwhile, the handset has also been certified by BIS which suggest its near launch in the country. According to the leaked live image on Weibo, the Redmi 9 seems quite similar to the POCO X2 from the back-panel side and has also revealed about its color options.


The alleged Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi 9 would available in Purple and Green color option as revealed in the leaked live images on the Chinese social site Weibo but we can expect some color options at the launch. The rear triple camera setup design aspect as vertically arranged in circular module has also tally with the POCO X2 or Redmi K30 along with the possibly fourth ToF sensor and LED flash. The handset has also featured a physical fingerprint just below the camera sensor.

Specifications

The Redmi 9 is expected to feature a 6.53-inch IPS LCD FHD+ display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It is rumored to be sourced by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, similar to the Realme 6i, coupled with 3GB / 4GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB in-built storage. In terms of photography, the Redmi 9 features a 13MP primary sensor, 8MP secondary sensor, 8MP third sensor and 2MP ToF sensor while it carries a 5MP sensor in front for selfies. This whole package will be powered up by a massive 5,000mAh battery and it comes with the MIUI skin-based Android 10 out of the box. Rumors have also tipped about Xiaomi Redmi 9 to be priced about 13,000 INR.
